Shipping Methods and Transport Forms
I. Shipping Costs
The shipping cost depends on the weight, size of purchased products, chosen shipping method, and destination address. It is calculated in real-time as you add selected items to the cart based on the Customer's default address. To find out the cost for your order, add the items you wish to purchase to your cart in the quantity you plan to buy. On the top right of the window, after clicking the cart, you will see the calculated delivery cost in the 'Shipping' line.
II. Shipping Rules of Ordered Goods
Deliveries are usually made within 1 business day from the confirmation of payment receipt. Products are shipped by courier (we use DPD services), parcel lockers, or collection points (DPD and Orlen Paczka). Orders can also be collected at the Pasmanteria headquarters.
We ship abroad via DPD and Inpost International parcel lockers. DPD serves the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Spain, Netherlands, Ireland, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Germany, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Hungary, Italy. Inpost International serves: Belgium, France, Spain, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Portugal, Italy.
Packaging fees are included in the shipping costs. We recommend purchasing several products in one cart to avoid duplicating transportation costs. The shop mechanism cannot group two separate orders, so shipping costs are added to each order.
The goods for shipment are properly packed and secured.
Please check upon receipt if the shipment has been tampered with during transport.
III. Personal Pickup
Internet-ordered shipments can be collected for free in Kleosin near Białystok at ul. Zambrowska 46/P. To do this, you must pre-pay (bank transfer, Przelewy24.pl, PayPal) and select 'Personal Pickup' as the delivery method in the cart summary.
Once the order is complete, we will contact the buyer. Therefore, it's worth providing a phone number. Typically, the opening hours are 8:30-13:30, but the exact limits can be different (we usually start earlier), and it's best to arrange on the go. We will contact you once the order is complete.
